Pernell B. Agdeppa, Esq. is a shareholder with Griswold & Agdeppa, A.P.C.  Mr. Agdeppa’s legal experience is in real estate transactions, contract drafting, and negotiation.  Prior to founding Griswold & Agdeppa, A.P.C., Mr. Agdeppa worked as Assistant Counsel and Project Manager for SE Corporation, a real estate development, entitlement and land-planning company.  He received a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University.
