Cicely Jones hails from the eclectic San Francisco Bay Area.  She is currently attending the University of California, Riverside pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Media and Cultural Studies.  She has helped produce numerous student music videos throughout her undergraduate career, and is thrilled to be taking part in the production of The House Call.
