Allan P. Donnelly is a veteran management and legal professional with demonstrated success in the real estate, telecommunications, and entertainment fields.

Recently, Mr. Donnelly has become involved with the Green Valley Initiative (GVI), which is a project of the Green Institute for Village Empowerment, an IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation (GIVE).

As part of GIVE’s efforts, The Ambassadors,  a reality television program involving high school students competing for a $50,000 scholarship, Mr. Donnelly conducted all of the legal work, including negotiation with a television station, and as well as giving management guidance to various aspects of the enterprise.
